Eternity Laser and Aesthetics Clinic
By booking an appointment with Eternity Laser and Aesthetics Clinic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Consultation & Suitability
All new clients must undergo a consultation prior to treatment. Our clinicians reserve the right to refuse or reschedule treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for your skin type, medical condition, or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Results may vary between individuals depending on skin type, age, and lifestyle.

Appointments & Cancellations
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit prepaid sessions. Running more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

Prepaid Packages
Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. All prepaid sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified. Eternity Laser and Aesthetics Clinic is not responsible for changes in skin or health that impact your ability to continue treatment.

Medical Disclosure
It is your responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, medications, and recent cosmetic procedures prior to each session. Failure to do so may result in an adverse outcome, for which Eternity Laser and Aesthetics Clinic accepts no liability.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In the rare case of an adverse reaction, clients must contact the clinic within 48 hours. Any concerns will be assessed and addressed appropriately by our qualified staff.

Privacy
All client information is kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
